Refund policy


Returns

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for return:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged

How to Request a Return

Please email us at meekvilledesign@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order ID
  • The item you wish to return and reason for return
  • Clear photo(s) showing the issue

Once reviewed, our team will provide return instructions if your request is approved.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was sent.

For size exchanges:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Return Inspection Policy

All returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt.
MEEKVILLE reserves the right to reject returns or refunds if the item shows signs of:

  • Intentional damage
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Wear, washing, alteration, or tampering
  • Damage not caused by manufacturing defect

Items found ineligible after inspection will not qualify for refund or exchange and may be sent back to the customer.


Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
