How to place an order?
In order to place an order, please follow these steps:

What if the item I want to purchase is out of stock?
An out-of-stock tag will immediately appear if the item you are trying to purchase is out of stock. Or you can also DM us if the item you want is out of stock, and we will verify its availability.
Please take note that items are subject to availability.

Do you offer Cash On Delivery?
Yes. Customers have the option to choose cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method during checkout.

Note: There is a P50 fee for COD transactions.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message and a tracking link.
What is the lead time when I order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for production, as it may vary depending on the design/order and the limited availability of onhand stocks.
Keep in mind that shipping time is not included.
How long will it take to get my order?
Upon completion of production, our standard delivery typically takes:
• 1-3 days Metro Manila
• 2-4 days Luzon
• 5-7 days Visayas
• 5-7 days Mindanao
Rest assured, we strive to fulfill and ship orders promptly.
Do you do same day delivery?
To inquire about same-day delivery, message us on Instagram to check availability.

RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY
Whats is your policy for return & exchange of an item?
We have a 7-days return policy, from the date of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds as our policy is Store Credit Refund only.
Customers may only request for a return, refund or request if:
- Received the wrong item(s) - design, size or color
- Received a product with physical damage
