How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
What courier do you use?
We ship via J&T Express for standard nationwide delivery and Lalamove for same-day delivery where available.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines.
How long does delivery take after shipping?
Estimated delivery times:
- Luzon: 1–3 days
- Visayas: 3–7 days
- Mindanao: 6–10 days
Products
Are all items ready stock?
We offer both ready-stock and preorder items, depending on the product.
Will sold-out designs be restocked?
Most releases are limited drops. Once a design is sold out, it will not be restocked.
How do your shirt sizes fit?
Fits vary depending on the design. We offer standard fit, oversized fit, and premium oversized fit styles. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card
- Cash on Delivery (COD available up to ₱3,000 only)
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
To request a return, please email us at meekvilledesign@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order ID
- The item you are returning and reason for return
- Clear photo(s) of the item showing the issue
Can I exchange if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Are sale items eligible for return or refund?
No, all sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Custom Orders
Do you accept custom shirt orders?
Yes, custom and personalized orders are accepted exclusively through our Instagram.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom orders?
No minimum order is required for custom orders.
Bootlegs & Limited Drops
Are bootleg releases limited?
Yes, bootleg pieces are released in limited quantities only and are not guaranteed to return once sold out.
Gift card
How does the MK Gift Card work?
MK Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from purchase and are available in ₱500, ₱1000, ₱2500, and ₱5000.
How long is it valid, and what amounts are available?
Choose your amount, complete your purchase, and the gift card code will be sent by email after payment confirmation.
How can it be redeemed?
Gift cards can only be redeemed on the official MEEKVILLE webstore and are valid for one transaction only. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
How will the recipient receive the gift card code?
Once payment is confirmed, the gift card code will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Can I use it with discounts or if my order exceeds the value?
Gift cards cannot be combined with promo codes. If your total exceeds the gift card value, you simply pay the remaining balance.
Can it be refunded or exchanged for cash?
No, MK Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
